put an effort is worth it......

Compare this

with this

i was out with friends one day.... on the same day, i bump into this two condition....

Picture 1
a guy was laying down beside the street.... saw him, though i am pity of him, i believe he still has the ability to work... but he just lay there and do nothing, may God bless him

Picture 2
a guy named Eugene Lau, met him in A&W, me and my friends realize his reactions are a bit slow, and slightly down syndrome... with his lack of ability, he still manage to WORK! ( I respect this guy)

as you see, we need to put effort in everything we do... the comparison between this two pictures , such a big difference!!!!! be strong and put effort and remember to pray.. taught me a great lesson, praise the Lord.....

P.S: picture 1 was taken by both of my friend Vincent Nolis and Chriss which was 1 meter away...

A conversation with my mum...... ^^

My mum, aint she pretty.... ^^
behind all her smiles, and laughter
this is her real expression that was hidden

One night, i had a conversation with my mum.... about 12 midnight....

My mum: Have you eaten? where are you now? how was your training?

me: everything was ok.... good.... very tired miss home badly.... hehe

My mum: ooo.... if hungry go find food to eat, and sleep early ar...remember ar

me: ok ma... you also ma sleep early......

My mum: i cant...i need to wait for pak guan ( my bro, who is currently in NZ) to call him at 2am because he is having his exam the next day(despite the 4 hour difference between here and NZ, my mum is willing to wait for my brother, just to wish him luck)

me: what!? no need la ma, you go sleep 1st, since you have to wake up so early the next morning....

My mum: o... o..... you go sleep 1st la

me: oooo .... ok ma, i go sleep 1st, remember no need to wait ar...

My mum: yala yala, go sleep....

Although she said she is going to sleep, i believe she is still going to wait, i was so touched, despite her age now, she need more sleep and rest but she cares so much of her own child.....

MUM, YOU ARE THE BEST.....

Prayer for my mother

Lord Jesus, Look with mercy and love upon my mother.
reward her untiring generosity, her love, her care for me,
i ask her the same blessing you desired for your mother:
health of body, peace of soul, happiness of family, and bountiful
grace of God.
Give her the joy of a mother's heart, that her child may grow in
wisdom and grace before God and men. Amen

Love your mother...... appreciate them ^^

"Torn Apart"

Torn Apart by James Patterson

Cory Friedman was an ordinary, fun loving little boy. That fateful March morning in1989 started just like any other but later that day, he started with an irresistible urge to shake his head, and before long, his body became a volatile, explosive and unpredictable force. Overtaken by physical urges, tics, and compulsions, the bright young boy started to feel like a puppet on a string.

A very interesting story of a boy with an unbelievable disease, who needs love and understanding with all the people around him.

Based on a true story......

A day with Friends....

Went out with friends, Howard, Andre, Dhanny, Eugene Chua and Eugene Low. We went out to have a farewell party for our friend Eugene Chua, who is moving out. We ate at The Chili's, went Kinokuniya and last but not least chill out at starbucks. Was a great day. Let it be a great piece of a joyful memory.

Have a safe journey and God bless you Eugene Chua .....

6 weeks of training at Urban Picnic

Me in Urban Picnic...

Me and Chef Ray

Kakak Nora and me

My training at Urban Picnic was torturing and wonderful, a good place for internship. At 1st i thought that it was torturing.... day by day, tired and exhausted. Then one day i realize this process made me a different person, i learn to be tough when it comes hardships. In order to be tough, you have to learn it the hard way. There was never an easy way out.

Kakak Nora and Chef Ray taught me alot, and also Vera (who is not up there in the pic). They gave me laughter, taught me patience, and gave me inspiration. Now 6 weeks passed, and i am transferring to Cuisine Studio (6 weeks more), i hope i can be strong and go through this as fun as possible.

Thanks for everyone gave me advise and supported me ^^. Thanks Guys! especially my mum ^^
